My name is Becky Edwards, and I have the privilege of teaching music here at NHE.  It is such a joy to see our students grow each year, and it is such fun to be part of that growth!  Music is for everyone, and I thoroughly enjoy sharing my love for it with every student that comes through my door!

My husband, Bill, and I have two sons - Jonathan is a graduate of Baylor University (sic'em, Bears!), and Chris is a graduate of Texas A&M (whoop!). Chris and his lovely wife, Laura, have given us our first grandchild—Anna—who is precious beyond measure! For the past 23 years, I have been on the music staff at First Baptist Dallas where I play for one of the services and accompany the Chapel Choir (a choir made up of high school students from all over the Metroplex).  Each summer, the choir goes on a tour somewhere in the United States or abroad.  I also have the honor of accompanying RISD's All-District Elementary Choir, which is a blast!
