Used Book Fair   Book donations are due by January 20, for the RISD Used Book Fair.  Bring your donations here to school and we will see that they are turned in.  All proceeds from the Used Book Fair go for scholarships for RISD students and teachers. 

PTA Meeting  Join us for our PTA meeting on January 26.  It’s our annual Pancake Supper.  You won’t want to miss it.  More info will follow soon!

New Phone numbers?   If you change your cell phone, please be sure to notify the office.  We must have current numbers, in case we need to reach you in an emergency.  You may call the school at 469-593-4300 or email us to let us know.

School Report Card   Every year the Texas Education Agency (TEA) gives each public school a “report card”.  The NHE report card for the 2010 – 2011 school year came in last week.  There is a copy on the RISD website and in our office, if you’d like to see it.  We are very proud of the Exemplary rating and the Gold Performance Awards for Commended Performances that we received.
